On the other hand I don't really consider myself a paranormal writer. The Damned were the cherry on the Austen cake for me.

I also have to say that the cover is even more splendid in real life! That was invented by her family a few decades after her death when they realized that people might want to find out more about her and they wrote their reminiscences of her. In so doing they cleaned up her act a bit, and of course Cassandra had censored the letters too, although now and again you come across a delicious bit of snark or an admission that she has a hangover!Janet Mullanyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04535985283731981850noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2550157220540446805.post-17395933043537882452011-10-06T12:39:21.326-04:002011-10-06T12:39:21.326-04:00Can't wait to read it!Can't wait to read it!Terrie Brookinshttp://www.terriebrookins.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2550157220540446805.post-11959699981053125382011-10-06T12:13:05.932-04:002011-10-06T12:13:05.932-04:00I share your vision of Jane Austen as so much more...I share your vision of Jane Austen as so much more than Aunt Jane...in my mind, she has always been a very impassioned woman and a force to be reckoned with.Tamara Morganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08132484056589046148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2550157220540446805.post-33681800505764847992011-10-06T11:57:00.921-04:002011-10-06T11:57:00.921-04:00Thanks for visiting, it was a great interview and ...Thanks for visiting, it was a great interview and I love your cover!Kendal Corbitthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01474196122934073590noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2550157220540446805.post-66513905243387279592011-10-06T11:54:01.479-04:002011-10-06T11:54:01.479-04:00Oh I loved your comment about how you dealt with w...Oh I loved your comment about how you dealt with writing Jane Austen in your world and the challenges. very true.
