What
is your relationship to Gianna?
Josh: I was her boyfriend until that
stepbrother of hers broke us up.
Julie: I’m her mother, the person
who loves her most.
What
do you want more than anything?
Josh: For Gianna to understand she’s
mine.
Julie: For life to be perfect, an adoring
husband and wonderful, successful children.
What
would be the perfect day for you?
Josh: Having Gianna all to myself, where no one can
take her from me and she realizes that we belong together.
Julie: The day Gianna meets the
perfect man deserving of her beauty. He’d be handsome and wealthy, of course.
Why
do you want to break up Caleb and Gianna?
Josh: Because she belongs to me. The
thought of him touching her drives me insane, but I’ll show her how she was
wrong.
Julie: My stepson is a loser
criminal. I’ve tried my best for his father’s sake, but my daughter is much too
good for him. She can do so much better and I intend to see that she does.
Do
you feel that you may be a tad
obsessive and controlling?
Josh: That’s what my psychiatrist
says, but Gianna belongs to me. How can I be controlling when she’s already
mine?
Julie: She’s my daughter. As her
mother I have a say in what happens in her life and what’s best for her.
What
are your plans for the future?
Josh: Gianna is my future, once I
teach her the error of her ways.
Julie: Salvage my marriage and do
what I must to ensure my daughter’s bright future.

April Brookshire is the author of the Beware of Bad Boy and Young Assassins series. She also co-authors the Dead Chaos series. She writes under the contemporary romance and apocalyptic fantasy genres and has a few projects in the works for 2015.
Growing up with four brothers, she doesn’t like chick flicks but devours romance books of all genres. A book addict, she’s read almost two thousand books to date.
