I don't have "Born of Ice" yet, but must say Kenyon ranks among my top (5) authors. It took me an entire week to read "Acheron." My favorite Kenyon by far, is "Devil May Cry." I love all her characters, but really enjoyed the hero & heroine (Sin & Kat)in "Devil May Cry."
I like her Dark Hunter series better than the Dream Hunters, but that's just me.
I love all of her books every time I read one I think it is the best But if I had to pick one it would have to be Seize the Night. I really love Valerius from the first time she mentioned him in one of her books I was waiting for his story.

My favorite is definitely Acheron! Gut-wrenching to read, but made him all the more amazing to see he still had compassion and willingness to take care of his Dark-Hunters no matter what was done to him.
