Update on Dead of Winter by Sean Harris

I received an email from the author of Dead of Winter, Sean Harris. I just love when an author takes the time to connect with reviewers, it's nice.

She gave me an update on the story and stories to come. I am glad there will be more Allysen and her ghostly escapades. Now that I know there are more books to come I won't be like "huh, what about that?"

Kim Harrison does that a lot in her Hollows books but you know there will be more books so eventually it will be cleared up. That's th lure of a good series, give them enough to make a complete story but keep them in the dark enough to make them want to know more, it keeps the fans reading.

Since you mentioned it in your review, I thought I'd clear things up a bit and say that, yes, I do have plans to make it a series. I, too, hate loose ends and plan to tie them all up.
