Bad Boy Versus Good Boy with SJ Wright and The Vampire's Warden Giveaway

Bad Boy vs. Good Boy: Who’s Hotter?

By now, you’ve probably made a choice. You’ve read about and seen Edward, Jacob, Stefan, Damon, Bill, and Eric. You’ve latched on to one or the other, based on how they act and look. So what’s the draw? When you claim you’re “Team Edward”, what is your reasoning behind that choice? Let’s hash it out, shall we?

I’m damn sure I wasn’t the only person in the theater giggling when Jacob said his famous line in Eclipse, “Let’s face it. I’m hotter.” For me, that was a defining moment. It also justified my own personal opinion. I think Jacob is dead sexy. But before he even showed the world his fantabulous abs, he showed a very tender side. He was there for Bella during the hardest time of her life. He became her best friend. In addition, he was funny. He had a real sense of humor.

That is a total package, folks.

So why are there so many girls out there who are crazy about Edward? He’s easy on the eyes. Not really my type, but I can see how he might seem very attractive, especially after I saw him in Water for Elephants. Edward is artistic, intelligent, intense and very protective. Okay.

If I had a choice, I’d tell Edward to take a hike. Jacob? Here’s how I imagine that would go.

“Jake, honey. Can you go take a look at my car? It’s running kind of weird. And take your shirt off. I’m going to be watching you through the window.”

Personally, I’ve got enough artistic ability. I’m also pretty intense. Don’t need any more of that in a relationship. Give me a hot guy who’s funny and can fix my car. That’s what I’d prefer. Definitely a bad boy for me.

About The Vampire's Warden:

It was a flash in the moonlight, a blur of motion like I’d never witnessed before. No human had the capacity to move like that. When I found myself face-to-face with him there in the meadow, I knew without a doubt that the journal was authentic. I knew that my grandfather hadn’t been crazy at all.

Because a foot away from me stood a vampire.

Sarah Brightman reads her grandfather's journal in stunned disbelief. What was once her grandfather's responsibility has passed to her father and now to her. She has become the Warden. Her life will never be the same.

This is part one of a three-part series. It is 31,880 words long.

Strange, I always think of Jacob as the good guy and Edward as the bad boy. I am absolutely Team Jacob. I agree with your reasoning. At the end of the day Edward is a brooding artist that goes to school endlessly. Besides, he sparkles! Ugh! Now, Jacob is smart, funny, and really devoted. There are my reasons. I'm the same as Maria's comment. I love to read about the bad boys but in real life...the keepers are usually the sweet ones :) What a book teaser. This has my interest, please count me in.

I'd love to win a copy of the book. Oh, and I am Team Edward. Vampires are more sensual than werewolves to start. Edward is older, and age counts in my book for many, many things. Jacob may be hot, but he is still just a kid. Though, I am not going to stop looking at him, who wouldn't?
