Grave Memory by Kalayna Price
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Kalayna Price never disappoints. I was hooked from the first page and did not want to put this book down until I finished it. There were a couple very late nights with this book. But only a couple because I finished it in three days :-)
In Grave Memory Alex is still trying to accept that she's more Fae than human and deal with the fact that both men in her life and unattainable.
Falin is bound to the Winter Queen and no matter how he actually feels for her, the Queen comes first and he has to do what she says.
Death, is...well...Death and therefore unable to be with a living person. His first loyalty is to the souls he takes.
We see a bit of interaction with both men in this book and it's still hard to decide who to root for. Sometimes I pick Falin, sometimes Death (will we ever get his name?).
The plot in Grave Memory follows a series of what appear to be suicides but turn into something much more deadly and complicated. And of course Alex is right in the middle of it. Which leads to all manner of craziness, deadly dealings and a couple healings.
Fabulous book, can't wait for book 4.

Since I made a negative comment about the Phaeton Black book, I felt I should write something positive. I do read this series and enjoy it. As a set to date, I'd give it a 4.
